Important Sponsor Deadlines to Remember: September 9, 2011 – LODGING - Hotel reservations must be made directly with The Ritz Carlton. Room release is scheduled for Sept. 9th. Please contact Jamie Cowherd w/Group Reservations at 706-467-7109. Limited number of rooms available, book your room ASAP PAYMENT - Sponsorship payment and company information (logo and advertisement) should be received by the Alliance to be included in the on-site conference program and displayed signage. LOGO - The preferred logo type would be a Vector file or tif, jpeg or pdf with the resolution being at least 150 dpi at a 12" x 24" size. ADS - specifications are listed below: Specifications of ads for GACH Annual Report: General: All ads should be 300dpi or more. Please submit a PDF, TIFF or EPS with fonts converted to outlines. Email files up to 10MB to mshiver@gach.org Presenting (Medlytix) – two full pages, either separate or as a center spread 8.0 x 10.5 with no bleed or 8.75 x 11.25 with bleed (1/8” bleed all around) Logo will also be featured on front cover Take care not to place any important design elements or copy where it might be cut off. Preferred – (Bank of America) – back cover 8.0 x 10.5 with no bleed or 8.75 x 11.25 with bleed (1/8” bleed all around) Platinum & Diamond – full page 8.0 x 10.5 with no bleed or 8.75 x 11.25 with bleed (1/8” bleed all around) Take care not to place any important design elements or copy where it might be cut off. Gold – ½ page - 7.5” x 4.75” Silver – ¼ page – 3.5” x 4.75” October 3, 2011 – Sponsor Giftbag Items - 250 individual marketing/promotional items should be received at the conference site in order to be included in the conference attendee gift bags. Be sure to include all of the shipping information on the packages. If you would like a pre-printed shipping label send an email to rpope@gach.org. Please note packages can not be accepted at The Ritz Carlton prior to Oct. 3th or after Oct. 10th so please plan your shipping schedule accordingly.
